The absolutely lovely Clare and Dominic commemorated their love for each other with a beautiful, elegant and stylish wedding in the unbelievably pretty county town of Rutland, Oakham. They firstly honoured their union with a grand ceremony at the magnificent and transcendent Oakham Castle, one of the finest surviving examples of Norman domestic architecture in Europe. This historical and spectacular wedding venue was the most idyllic and dramatic backdrop for this lovely couple to say ‘I do.’ The ceremony was relaxed and with a harpist playing before, during and afterwards, it was truly heart-warming capturing Clare and Dominic tie the knot in the preserved structure of the impressive great hall of the castle.
Clare and Dominic continued their celebrations with a short drive to the gorgeous town of Stamford, Lincolnshire. Their reception was held at the luxurious William Cecil Hotel, lying within the glorious Burghley Estate, it is one of the top-tier treasure houses of the UK. With charming bunting décor and a picturesque outdoor vibe, with a stylish marquee at a chocolate-box location, it was truly a delight to encapsulate special, natural moments at this wonderful East Midlands wedding. Wearing a stunning gown from The Tailor’s Cat (Cambridge) and a graceful headpiece from Pollen Florists, the shimmering and beautiful bride looked incredible.
With family and friends being so important to Clare and Dominic, it was fantastic to witness and catch those emotive moments, but also to see each and every guest have so much fun, happy dancing away to the Swagger band and DJ set from Brightstars. A day filled with amazing sincere moments, with an abundance of family love and laughter, a joyous celebration perfect for this fantastic couple.
We wish them a lifetime of universal happiness :)
