Ed Brown Photography’s third styled shoot with the wedding venue decor stylist ‘On a Day Like This’ was held at the magnificent and historic Wollaton Hall one of Nottinghamshire’s most prestigious and striking wedding venues.

The theme of the shoot was ‘Enchanted’.

Inspiration/keywords for the shoot were: Intimate, closeness, magical, warm, free spirited and bohemian.

Once again we were joined by awesome wedding suppliers and brands all working in collaboration to make this styled shoot super super super successful and amazing including, On a Day Like This- wedding and event stylists, Timeless Couture- bridal, Mrs Umbels- wedding florist, Yummy Little Cakes- wedding cake maker, Polly and Me- wedding stationery and wedding signage, VM Hair- wedding hair, Gail Berry- wedding make up and models- Alix and Matthew.
Wollaton Hall is a stunning Elizabethan mansion that sits on a hill and is surrounded by breathtaking parkland, where deer roam freely. 

In 2011, scenes from the Batman movie ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ were filmed outside of Wollaton Hall. The Hall is five miles north of Gotham, Nottinghamshire where Gotham City got its name.
The historic and striking Wollaton Hall offers use of the building for civil wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions.

Available locations for wedding venue hire at Wollaton Hall are,

 'The Salon’, a beautiful and elegant room which is situated just off the great hall. It has french windows which open out to the back lawn which are ideal for pre reception drinks and wedding photographs.

‘The Great Hall’, a magnificent and formal Elizabethan Great Hall with stunning stone archways and hammer beam ceiling with excellent acoustics.

‘The Cafe in the Courtyard’, this is situated in the courtyard buildings and is a relaxed and informal space with a seated terrace area.

‘The Camellia House’, is situated in the gardens and is a wonderful metal framed glass house which is ideal for pre reception drinks and wedding photographs.

’Marquees in the grounds’, have a beautiful outdoor wedding reception with a marquee in the grounds.
